How long should my lease be, how much should I pay, what if I have to change my concept, what if I have to sell my business, what am I responsible for fixing, what is the landlord responsible for fixing, and what if my business fails? These questions, and more, should all be addressed in your lease – and if you don’t know what to ask for, you end up in court wasting time and money down the line.
