A graduate of UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, Aaron Noveshen is an award-winning chef, a restaurant entrepreneur and a leading authority on creating and operating successful food and beverage brands. Aaron is the founder of The Culinary Edge, a San Francisco innovation agency that provides global companies with strategic food, brand and operations solutions. The Culinary Edge has developed over 20 restaurant concepts from the ground up for their client partners, in addition to being a leader in culinary and operational development for global food and restaurant companies. Aaron Noveshen is the Founder and President of Starbird, a modern chicken concept that is revolutionizing food and convenience in the QSR/Fast Casual marketplace. Since its inception in 2016, Starbird has grown to three units in the Bay Area and has received great national acclaim as a leader in the food industry. Aaron is also the co-founder of Pacific Catch Restaurants and served as its president for 10 years. He currently serves on Pacific Catch’s board of directors. Most recently Aaron co-founded The Culinary Edge Ventures with the mission to create, incubate, operate and grow restaurant brands.

In service to the food industry, Aaron has served as Director of the California Restaurant Association and the Golden Gate Restaurant Association, and is the Chairman Emeritus of the California Restaurant Association Educational Foundation.
