Howard S. Weiss is an experienced Entertainment & Hospitality Executive. Howard is currently the SVP of Business Development for Element Hospitality in Las Vegas.

Element Hospitality has corporate offices in Las Vegas, Nevada & Denver Colorado. They specialize in management operations, marketing, business consulting, branding, sponsorship and event programming. Prior to joining Element Hospitality, Howard has held several executive positions throughout the industry. Some include;

  • Caesars Entertainment Corporation: Regional Vice President of Pools & Nightlife / Regional Director of Nightlife Strategy & Development – East Coast Operations
  • Pure Management Group: Director of Operations / Director of VIP Services / General Manager, Las Vegas
  • MGM / Boyd Gaming: A variety of leadership roles in Hospitality, F&B, Entertainment & Nightlife

Proven track record of booking and marketing successful concerts, shows and events that drive revenue and increase brand awareness. As a Penn State Alumni, Howard is an active board member for the School of Hospitality Management. He often returns to the school to not only influence the direction of the program, but to work directly with the faculty on industry updates and growth opportunities. He is most rewarded in this role while working with the students and through many guest-speaking engagements where he can share his experiences and suggestions for upcoming graduates looking for a career in the Hospitality industry.
