Dave Foss has worked in hospitality for over 23 years in virtually every facet of the food and beverage industry. He has managed a series of beverage programs on the West Coast, both at the Mondrian Hotel and later at Fairfax Partners Restaurant Group, overseeing four properties in the Los Angeles area. Dave went on to oversee the beverage programs at the Soho and Tribeca Grand Hotels in Lower Manhattan. He is the cofounder of Invictus Hospitality, a Hospitality Industry consulting firm that focuses on Lease development,  Concept creation and development, wine and beverage programs, restaurant management, Turn key Build-outs, and loss prevention at hotels and restaurants across the United States. Dave has consulted on numerous television shows, most recently as Gordon Ramsay's wine expert on "Gordon Ramsay's Hotel Hell.” Currently he is the chief wine buyer at Anfora, the highly regarded wine bar in Manhattan's West Village. In mid 2019, Dave will be opening a wine bar in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn with Restauranteur and celebrity beverage expert, Joe Campanale.
