A New York City nightlife marketer and event planner since the age of 17, Tablelist’s CEO, Kyla Moore, balanced a full high school class load of geometry and American history, while marketing large events in NYC like Eminem, Jennifer Lopez, and Busta Rhymes for Sound Factory and Exit nightclubs. After moving to Boston to attend Northeastern University, she worked full-time throughout school at prestigious event planning company, Rafanelli Events. Managing hundreds of high-profile events like the Super Bowl Ring Ceremonies for the New England Patriots in 2004 and 2006, Kyla worked closely with all of Boston’s top venues and made a name for herself within the event, nightlife, and hospitality industries.

As a result of these strong relationships within the industry, Kyla left Rafanelli to work for Boston nightclub and restaurant owner Brian Lesser, who at the time owned and operated the legendary nightclub SAINT and Domani Italian restaurant as part of the Speakeasy Group. At Speakeasy for seven years, Kyla opened and managed minibar in the historic Copley Square Hotel, rebranded SAINT as Storyville, and opened Tunnel at the W Hotel Boston – all successful ventures that provide a complete hospitality experience.

After Speakeasy Group, Kyla launched EventBos, her own event planning company and consulting firm that managed private events, social media marketing, and catering for a number of popular nightclubs, lounges and restaurants in the Boston area.

In 2013, experiencing first hand the archaic nature of the nightlife industry, Kyla Co-Founded Tablelist in the mission to build technology to help enhance the “going out“ experience for both patrons and operators alike. Kyla joined full-time as Managing Partner and within a few short months had signed almost every nightclub and lounge in Boston. By 2014, Kyla had already moved back to her roots in NYC where she launched Tablelist, signing on some of the biggest names in nightlife including Tao Group and Butter Group. As the Tablelist team grew, Kyla transitioned to COO in 2015, and by 2017, assumed her current role CEO in 2017. Today, Tablelist is currently being used by venues in 45+ cities around the world.
