Marc Marrone is the Corporate Chef of TAO Group, leading TAO Group restaurants, Las Vegas' TAO Vegas, Beauty & Essex, LAVO and Marquee Day Club; and Los Angeles' TAO, Highlight Room and Luchini Pizzeria and Bar and LAVO Singapore. Originally from New York City, Marrone received his Culinary Degree from the French Culinary Institute.

Marrone grew in the TAO Group kitchen starting as a sous chef and worked his way up. Currently Marrone is the Group's Corporate Chef, opening new restaurants in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, most recently Singapore. Classically trained in French cuisine and background in Italian style dishes — with recipes handed down from his family — his ultimate passion lies within Asian fare.
