Tiffany Giddins is the Director of Knowledge & Insights at Lamb Weston.  She has over 15 years of experience in the CPG and Foodservice industries and has developed a deep understanding of consumer behavior, marketplace trends, and innovation through various insights roles at Procter & Gamble, ConAgra Foods, and Lamb Weston.  Currently, she is responsible for developing insights to drive Lamb Weston’s upstream innovation efforts.  Outside of work, she loves to read and spend time with her husband and 2 kids.
