Yannick Mugnier

Palms Casino Resort
Vice President of Daylife and Nightlife Operations

Yannick Mugnier is the Vice President of Nightlife and Daylife Operations at KAOS Dayclub and Nightclub opening at Palms in April 2019. With his “work hard, play harder” philosophy, Mugnier brings experience, passion, and innovation to his role.

Mugnier earned international hospitality chops in France, managing the hotel 3 Vallees in Val Thorens, a ski resort located in heart of the French Alps, an elite vacation spot for all of Europe. Those VIP skills translated in the Las Vegas scene, where he landed 15 years ago. On the CV:  Mugnier has led operations for the restaurant at Drai’s and opened the high-concept mix with acclaimed chef Alain Ducasse, where he oversaw both the restaurant and lounge. His visionary status in the future of nightlife came at Tryst, now Intrigue Nightclub, inside Wynn Las Vegas where he would become senior executive director of XS at neighboring Encore Las Vegas.

Mugnier will oversee the operations team of over 700 team members at KAOS, including security, production, cashier, internal maintenance, office support, and administration.  The club is part of an ongoing $690 million reimagination and repositioning of the property. KAOS, will be a spectacular new entertainment experience consisting of a fully integrated 73,000 square foot dayclub and 29,000 square foot nightclub, which together will completely redefine the daylife and nightlife experience in Las Vegas. KAOS will feature exclusive residencies with world-renowned musical artists, state-of-the-art audio, video and lighting technology and dramatic design and art elements woven throughout the experience. The first of many waves of KAOS talent that will be announced prior to the opening involves (in alphabetical order) exclusive residencies by Above & Beyond, Cardi B, G-EAZY, Kaskade and Skrillex, with numerous other headliner residency announcements to follow as the opening date draws nearer.
